Highest degree accreditation

It seems that in some provinces (inc. Guangdong) now require teachers moving there for work to have their highest degree accredited. It seems like this is only possible at the Chinese Embassy, and comes at a hefty £200 fee in England. Less of a question for you, more of a help for your website.
