Is it necessary to make reservation on 2 January visit the highest point of the Guangzhou TV tower?

We want to visit it in the evening on the 2nd of January 2019. Is it necessary to make reservation. Where can I make this (on an English website)?

Do you refer to the buffet restaurant on the 106F? If yes, you are advised to dial 020-89338218 and see whether if the staff can make the reservation.
