where to apply for Tourist visa for HK

Hello my name is Sania ,me n my husband with my toddler want to visit Hong Kong as a tourist for 2 weeks so from where I can get application form n where to submit plz guide me

Sania, you can download the application form at this website or download it at the official website of HK immigration department.
After, submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply for it, or post the application to HK immigration department to apply for it. Here is the postal address:
