Going to train for equipment

I would like to ask if what visa type should i apply for if i am going to have a training for certain equipment for two weeks? and an invitation letter would be enough as document?

Bart, if you will attend the training sponsored by a company in China, you should apply for an M type. Besides the invitation letter, you also need a bank statement of the latest six months as a support document if this is your first time to China.
