Anu, may I know which passport you hold? National of some countries can enjoy free entry to HK. Maybe you are one of them.
But if not, you need to apply for a tourist entry permit to go there. The first step is to prepare the relevant materials: copy of your passport, a passport-style photo, application form, financial support proof, flight itinerary, hotel reservation and your travel itinerary to HK. The next step is to submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply for it.0
