About:Dragon's Love Compatibility

I am an October 24, 1988 Earth Dragon Scorpio I am a Nurse.

And will be working in a Company that had openned in January 14, 1974 which is a Water Ox Capricorn... Will I be able to succed and work harmoniously in this company I will be employing with? If not are there any lucky charms that will dissipate or neutralize the clash? I need help and advice. Thank you so much...
