About:China Student Visa

x2 type and travel

If you have been issued with an x2 type for a course in China, are you allowed to sightsee for a week ahead of the course starting without having a different visa?

I think you can enter PRC before the course starts and sightsee for a while. There is no need to get another entry permit.
