Short 1/2 day trip for the Mt. Huangshan

Hello,

I am planning to stop in the mountain on my way to Zhangjiajie via train. The train schedule arrives from Shanghai at 07:55 and departure is at 16:05. Would I have enough time to catch a special Line bus to the entrance, then hop on a Telpher and do quick sightseeing; all in time to return for my departure train?

If yes, my second question is, does the railway station have a place to keep luggage while I'm sightseeing?
