About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

Transfer from Terminal-3 to Terminal-2 at Beijing Capital Airport.

I'll travelling to Almaty (Air Astana KC-888) from Hong Kong (Dragon Air KA-996) with a 3 hours lay-over at PEK.

I've a question whether the Dragon Air KA-996 will arrive at T3 International or domestic?

If KA-996 will arrive at T3 International, I presume, I will not need any transit visa to transfer from T3 International arrival to T2 International departure?

KA-996 will land at the T3 international. That's true. You don't need a visa or other document for the transfer. Just present your onward boarding pass at the immigration. Well, to travel from T3 to T2, the free shuttle buses are available. Take one and you can arrive within 15-20min. At last, your time is totally enough for the transfer.
