I'm visiting beijing and shanghai, i'm an animal lover and would love to hold a baby panda.

Where will I be able to do that at?

Well, I'm afraid that you cannot do that in these two cities. As I know, only Dujiangyan Panda Valley provides this service. You can try to contact the staff through pandaeducatecenter@163.com. Good luck! :)
