Can I buy a Beijing transportation card at the Capital Airport when I arrive?

No, the service counters at the airport only provides Transportation Card Recharge Service. Thus you need to purchase the card at any metro station in downtown area.

I have bought recently the card at the airport - at the ticket office for airport express.
