About:China Visa on Arrival

Do I need Transit visa? and If yes can I get it at the airport?

If I have 3.5 hours connection in Beijing Airport arriving Terminal 3 depart from Terminal 2 I have an Israeli passport.

So you only transit in Beijing for 3.5 hours? You don't need the transit permit.
