About:Chinese Embassy in Ukraine

Japanese citizen getting a student visa

Hello, I'm a Japanese citizen looking to apply for a student X type to China. Japanese citizens are allowed to stay in Ukraine for several weeks without a visa - can I apply for the student visa to PRC from Kyiv without a Ukrainian residence permit? Thank you.

Maria, you can apply for it at the embassy of PRC in Kyiv without a Ukrainian residence permit.
