Does a non-Nepali, living in Nepa, applying for a Chinese tourist visa need an inviter? (section 2.8). What if you don't know anybody?

You don't have to have an inviter. If you don't know anybody in China, you can fill in N/A or None in the blanks of this section. In case you are required to have an inviter, you can turn to a travel agency for help and let the agency to be your inviter.
