My flights are Vienna-Helsinki-Shanghai in February 2016 Shanghai to Hk August 2016Hk to Shanghai August2016 (stay in Shanghai less than 144hours) then Shanghait to Helsinki to Vienna. Am I qualify for 144hours free transit?
