144hours "visa" from hk to shanghai

Hi! Currently I hold a student X type in Shanghai since February this year. I would like to visit HK for few days and then go back to Shanghai for less than 144 hours and fly back to my own country. My flights are
Vienna-Helsinki-Shanghai in February 2016
Shanghai to Hk August 2016
Hk to Shanghai August2016 (stay in Shanghai less than 144hours) then Shanghait to Helsinki to Vienna. Am I qualify for 144hours free transit?
