About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi, how do I apply for the 144-hour visa-free transit when arriving to Shanghai by cruise ship?

Do I notify the cruise company, and where can I get an arrival/departure card?
Also, is Shanghai Disneyland within the Shanghai administrative region?
Thanks.

Matt, you need to notify the cruise company when you get on the cruise. After you get onboard, you will get the arrival/departure card.
The Shanghai Disneyland is within Shanghai administrative region.
