Congratulates! It is during the best timing to visit that place in Nov. I am not clear how many days you will stay there, but here are the must-sees for your reference:
Disneyland Rresort, Ngong Ping/Po Lin Monastery/Big Buddha, Tai O Fishing Village, The Peak, Victoria Harbour, Tsim Sha Tsui, Sky 100, Causeway Bay, Aberdden, Stanley Market, Ocean Park etc.
