hongkong tourist visa for pakistanis

Hi thereWhat document do I need for applying for a tourist entry permit for Hong Kong. I'm a Pakistani national working in the UAE (on residence permit). Can I apply through the Consulate General in Dubai or does it have be couriered to Hong Kong? Please advise. My sponsor will be my university who is inviting me for a convocation and they can give me an invitation letter.

Asif, those documents are needed: copy of your passport, the application form, a passport-sized color photo, proof of your financial standing, hotel reservation, flight tickets booking record and invitation letter from the university. After, submit the application to the consulate general of PRC in Dubai or post it to HK immigration department.
