About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

I'm going to stop at pudong airport for 10 hrs from going back to the USA.

Do you think is enough time to go around the city? Do I have yo get my checked in luggage? If yes, do they have any service at airport to keep luggage? Thank you.

Actually, your time is a little bit tight. You can make full use of time to visit People's Square, Nanjing Road and the Bund Area. Remember to go back to the airport 2 hours in advance.
In addition, if you purchased the interline ticket of International to International transfer, you don't need to recheck the luggage. If not, don't worry. The luggage storage counters are between Gate 4 and 5, 10 and 11 in the Departure Hall; between Gate 6 and 7 of the greeting area in the Arrival Hall in T1; near Island A and M in the Departure Hall; near the International exit in the Arrival Hall in T2.
For one piece of luggage, it costs CNY 20-50 per day.
