Is there train service from Guiyang to Kaili?

Yes, you can take a bullet train to Kaili South from North Railway Station (about 40 minutes). The trains are available from 6:52 to 20:37. You need to pay CNY 58.5 for a second class; CNY 95 for a first class; CNY 184 for a business class. :)
