Afzaal, if you have valid entry permit for Nepal, you can apply for it from there.
If you want to apply for tourist L type, these documents are needed: the application form attached with a half-length color photo, your passport and its photocopy, your entry permit for Nepal, travel itinerary, accommodation and transportation arrangement, personal information statement, and proof of your financial support.

Afzaal, the personal written statement should include those details: place to visit, name, address and contact number.
As for the bank account, you can provide your recent 6-month bank statement, or income certificate.
You need to apply for a separate entry permit for HK. You need to prepare the required documents first: copy of your passport, the application form attached with a passport-style photo, hotel reservation, transportation arrangement, proof of your financial support and travel itinerary as well as your valid entry permit for Nepal. After, submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply for it.
