About:Beijing Capital International Airport

Any public transports (apart from taxi) to city centre for midnight arrival at Capital Airport?

Yes, maybe you can take airport shuttle bus Xidan Night Line. The operating hours will last until the arrival of the final domestic flight. Thus the last schedule would be around 01:30 in usual time. If you arrive at the airport later than that time, you need to take a taxi and go to the destination directly.
