About:China Visa

Change employer

Present I have work permit and resident permit in Hangzhou.. But I am not interested to work in this place .. I want to change employer and go to Wuhan... Before leave present job .. Take leaving letter and take work permit and go to new employer and change work permit to new employer right .. Suggest me about this

Sri, when you leave the current job, you need to get the release letter and then cancel your current work permit.
Afterwards, your new employer will get you the new work permit, and then you can get a new work Z type. As for the residence permit, maybe you can just change the information on your old residence permit at the local PSB in Wuhan. Or you can apply for a new residence permit in Wuhan.

Without cancel current work permit ..can only Take release letter and go to Wuhan can change work permit and resident permit
