May I collect all my train tickets in an agency in Huangpu district in Shanghai?

I am a foreigner from Argentina, I´m booking and paying online but I ´m not quite sure if I can collect them in an agency or I must do it at Hongqiao Station with my passport and pick up codes. Thanks too much for your advice !
