About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

Application form for 10-Year Visa

I checked the application form and it showed only upto 1 year of Visa. We would like to apply for the 10-Year one, should we fill in 2.2 with Other: Multiple entries valid for 10-year from the date of issue? Thanks.

James, you are right! You should fill in 2.2 with other: you want to apply for multiple-entry 10-year visa.
