About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Am I eligible for 72 hour free transit

Hi,
I am travelling from London via Helsinki to Shanghai. I then go back to Helsinki and then back to London.
Am I able to use the 72 hour free transit?

Chris, the 72 hour free transit is not applicable to your trip because according to the 72 hour policy, you should fly to a third country or region after staying in a Chinese city, but you fly back to Helsinki. You should apply for a tourist L type beforehand.
