When will my financial & domestic partnership legal issues be resolved to my benefit this month?

I was born March 11, 1959 @ 9pm. My domestic partner is also a woman. She was born June 23, 1958.
I filled for a desolutionment of our partnership in August of 2008 & she had found a way to skirt the courts.
I'm also fighting with my employer since 2001 a workers compensation case. I was injured at work & I'm permanently disabled. I need for the company to compensate me and pay my contractual 60% pay & back mileage pay. Will that happen this month in time to save my house?

A.M. I'm sorry to hear about your misfortune. Don't be upset. You need to cheer up and find you a good lawyer for these cases. Well cooperate with the lawyer and you can win this!

I have lawyers but they seem not to be looking out for what is best for me.
I will have faith and pray for the best. I will be careful and thoughtful with contracts and look at the situation from a different patient perspective.
