tourist visa type for ukrainian citizen

Hi!I'm a Ukrainian citizen, working in Malaysia. I'm planning to visit China as a tourist for a couple of days (more than 3 days). Can you list down the documents required for this type of entry permit and where do I submit the documents?Thank youMarta

Marta, you can apply for a tourist L type by providing those documents: your passport and copies of all the used pages, the application form, a half-length color photo, your residence permit in Malaysia, and round trip air tickets, as well as accommodation reservation. And then go to the CVASC to submit the application and apply for it.
