About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

I am going to take ferry from Shenzhen Shekou Terminal to HKIA, connecting flight to PVG.

Am I need imigration exit either in Shekou Port or Pudong Airport?

You needn't go through immigration at Shekou Port, but you need to do that at PVG. :)
