i am coming from changzhou to hongqiao railway stationnormally take a taxi to pudong

That exercise cost about 220 RMB , so this time around  I decided to use subway .  How long will it take in subway , Line 2 I guess , from  Hongqiao Railway Station to Pudong Airport - approximately - give or take 5 seconds   ( just joking ). I have flight at 8PM - so I need to be there around 5:30 ish to 6PM .....and may catch a bit of peak hour traffic .Cheers

Yes, you can take metro line 2 from Hongqiao Railway Station to PVG. The trip takes about 1.5 hours, and the fare is CNY 8. Or, you may take metro line 2 from Hongqiao Railway Station to Longyang Road (about 45 minutes; CNY 6). Then, change to maglev train to PVG (about 8 minutes; CNY 50). You can choose the way you like. :)
