Get 2 times 72 hours transit visa

Another question: I really like go Shenzhen for shopping. if i buy Shenzhen-Bangkok ticket instead of Honkong-Bangkok ticket. can I get another 72 hours free transit again ? For getting 72 hours free transit I must enter Shenzhen by air only? Thanks
