About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

can I use the free 144 visa in Shanghai?

Hi I am travelling to Shanghai in October from England and staying four days then leaving on a cruise and flying home from Singapore

Hi I have had different answers some say because we are leaving by sea not flight it does not apply others say it dies in just worried when we get there they won't let us in are you completely sure it is definetly free for 144 hours kind regards

Denise, don’t worry and I'm sure because the 144 hour free transit is applicable to travels enter/exit either by air or by boat.
