About:Tax Refund

How long does it take to get the tax refund transfer to my account?

It was processed in Shanghai back on 4/13/16 to transfer the fund back to my account. How long should I wait and how can I follow up with the transaction?

Generally, the procedure should only take around 10 days. That's weird. You'd better follow it up. There should be a tracking number on the tax-refund form. You may check the status of the transaction on the official website of the refund agency using this number.
