Indonesian working in TAIWAN going to mainland PRC 14 days trip.how does he or she got visa from Taiwan?may he or she mail to Indonesia to apply it?

You need to find a travel agency to apply it for you.You cannot mail your application to Indonesia because if you want to apply from there, you need to be in Indonesia during the application process.
