About hotel booking

I have completed my documents.now I have two hotel cards. my guarenter said before two days of check in they will book the room and don't worry hotel booking is easy for us they said. now what should I do I have confirm my ticket to Guangzhou for 23 June???

Iqbal, now, you can submit all the documents to the embassy of PRC to apply for the visa.

Thanks Mr.Henry.I submitted today but they said at once that you don't have invitation confirmation letter.Dear sir if I have invitation in which the company's web site fax phone they can confirm my legality .because i have full record of my business and have shingan visa and japan's and many more.I bought tickets and every thing because of my meeting on 28th June problem was also language that I didn't understand clearly and I didn't him......so I called the company time is short what should I do sir
