My employer don't want me to go home

What if my employer don't want me to go home....she will not pay my fine if i go home...is she liable for hiring a helper with tourist visa? She want me to stay here for two (2) years..what will i do?

Virna, you are working with a tourist L type? If yes, I have to say that it’s illegal. You’d better report your situation to the local police as soon as possible and then pay the fine to get an exit pass and leave PRC. Because your employer hired you under the tourist L type, what she did is wrong and she may also be punished.
