About:China Work Visa

Bachelors degree requirement

Hi, I am going to register a trading company in Yiwu, China. And I will be the legal Director/representative of my company. So for getting my work visa, is the Bachelor degree a must requirement? Because I don't have one , I am not getting any job. I will just apply work as I will be legal owner of my Chinese company.

Ali, because you want to register a company by yourself, the bachelor degree may not be necessary. After you register the company, you can get the business license and invitation letter of a duly authorized unit which can help you to get the work Z type.
