About:China Private Visit Visa

I am obtaining a Z visa to work in guangzhou, my 18 year old daughter wants to accompany me there.

Will she be able to stay for the year that i am working there or is she going to have to leave by 90 days? I am wondering because i am the bread winner and i dont want her to have to come back to the states without a job and a place to live while i am still in China.

Hi Cholon, if your daughter doesn't work or study in China, I'm afraid she can only apply for the S2 type entry permit because she is elder than 18. So she need to leave every 60 or 90 days, depending on the stay duration she can get.
