VOA to Zhuhai for Malaysian passport holder

we are Malaysian passport holders and will be visiting Zhuhai for 5 days in July this year (travelling from Hong Kong). Hence we are staying at a hotel in Zhuhai. We want to visit Macau as a day trips from Zhuhai.
1) can Malaysians apply for a VOA when travelling by ferry from Hong Kong to Zhuhai? How much will it cost?
2) when we visit Macau from Zhuhai do we apply for a VOA for Macau.
3) since we may be going in and out of Macau from Zhuhai, do we get a multi entry visa for Macau and Zhuhai?
