About:China Visa Fees

china's new policy for overstay

is it true that china government will make a new rule next year regarding overstay foreigners? i heard they will be in jail for 6 months to 1 year instead of just being detained for 2 weeks?

Amaia, I haven’t heard of this news. But from where I stand, one should better not overstay because it may affect one’s entry to PRC in the future.
