visa for Chinese citizen and her family

Dear Sirs,

I own a time share in Cancun and would like to invite my business partner and her family to vacation with me in Cancun next year. What documents should we prepare to show our travel plans?

Not a reply but I might have added that I am a US citizen with a valid US Passport but China is the country of my residence.
