Pls i have an online friend whom we have been chatting over some time, he is a business person dealing with electronic. He said he want to be sending me goods for sale and i should visit him first in person so that he will know me physically. I did not have enough saving in my account, so like how much can i have in my proof of account and did china normally confirm account number?
