hi i am egyptian engineer i need to travel to attend training in hong kong

Question

should I issue visa for this purpose or I will be exempted? also in case I should issue one it will be F TYPE right? is there an application form I should fill? and which application should I choose to fill in, should I also prepare those documents too?   and just submit it to the embassy??1）Valid passport(six month or above before expired); 2) Neatly completed application form; 3) One recent photo; 4) round-way tickets and hotel reservation. 5. proof of enough money to cover your duration in China such as your bank statement any other dox needed?please adviseDoaa Refaat

As you will go HK to attend training, you need to get an entry permit in advance, but not F type. F type is for mainland. You should apply for a training entry permit for HK. The application form you need is “Application for Entry for Training in Hong Kong (ID 992A)”, which can be downloaded from HK Immigration Department. Your application can be submitted to the PRC embassy or HK Immigration Department.The following documents should be submitted:A copy of your passportApplication formYour recent photograph (affixed on page two of the application form)Photocopy of proof of academic qualifications and relevant working experienceAnd the sponsoring company need to submit some related documents as well.The documents you mentioned are used to apply for tourist entry permit rather than the training type.
