subway from changsha south railway station to wangchenpo.

How much is the fare form these two stations and how many minutes to travel to these both stations? Is the South station is the right station if i travelled from shanghai? and is Wangchengpo is close to the West bus station going to Zhangjiajie? thanks a lot.
