if an OFW dont want to finish his contract is there possibility that he cant go back to hometown?

or needed to get an exit clearance to PSB?..

Van, if he consultswith his employer and the employer is willing to let him go without finishing the contract. I don’t think it will have any problems. There is no need to get an exit clearance to PSB.
