What is the requirements for an ofw on Taiwan to visit in hong kong?

My brother is an ofw in taiwan and wants to visit me in hongkong for a several days? What are the required documents?

Your brother can enjoy free entry to HK for a stay of not more than 14 days. He needs to bring his passport, the return ticket, and enough travel fees.
