About:China Visa Exemption

I am an ofw in Hongkong, am i qualified for the 24 hr transit to enter China?

Supposedly round trip, I just need to visit my cousin who is unconscious and help to send back to Philippines. Need to ask help there if what's the process.

Well, it is not eligible for the 24-hour visa-free transit then and you'd better obtain a Chinese visa in advance.
