How to travel from Tibet to Nepal?

I am very interested in Tibet. It is really a dream destination for me. How can I take tours from Tibet to Nepal? by flight or overland you suggest?

Dear Shankar, due to the earthquake in last April, the road from Zhangmu to Kathmandu was damaged seriously and it is still not open. In this case, the land transfer from Zhangmu to Kathmandu could not be arranged. You are kindly advised to take flight from Lhasa to Kathmandu.
