The colledge is located at No. 34, West Haibin Road, Penglai City. There is no direct flight or train service between the two cities. You are advised to take a bus to Penglai from Long-distance Bus Station at No. 2, Wenzhou Road, Sifang District. The buses are available from 8:00 to 15:50, and the trip takes 3 to 4 hours. The fare is CNY 78 per person. Upon arrival, take a taxi to the college for about CNY20.
