When is the best time to visit Haikou for a first time? Direct flight from Singapore?

Generally speaking, October to May next year is the best time to tour around that place. The climate would be comfortable. And you can fully enjoy the sunshine and beach.
About the transportation, no direct flight runs between these two places. You need to fly to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport first. Then transfer to the plane to arrive the destination.
